RECENT EVENTS!

June 2010

Saturday June 5th, Hooves of Hope was invited to participate in the Kick-Off Event for the Larry J. Ringer Library, College Station, TX.

The Kick-Off Event was on the grounds of the library. Their theme was 'Animals'. Their mission was to provide children with the opportunity to see animals that they might not otherwise see, and, at the same time, the groups with their animals had the opportunity to share their group's information and mission. We signed up over 800 children and adults that day to pet our horses, miniature donkey, and miniature cow. Thanks to all of our volunteers, including Allen & Lauren Robbins, who went to great trouble and expense to bring their 4 miniature horses, their mini cow and mini donkey. We are very greatful for their participation in this event!

Hooves of Hope was invited to participate with our sponsor, LIBERTY DIALYSIS, for their big PROTEIN GOAL RACE, finalyzing the week of May 17th. We visited their beautiful facility on Friday, May 14th, 2010! Thanks to our new donor, Liberty Dialysis, and thanks to our volunteers for a very successful day!
